Commercial office warehouse complex near Federal and Oxford is looking for a full-time hands-on maintenance person.
We are looking for a hands on maintenance person to work Monday-Friday 8:00 - 4:30. $16.00/hour to start with a 30 day review.
Experience with cleaning and prepping vacant office/warehouse space including drywall repair, painting and minor repairs is a plus. Some grounds maintenance included.
Successful candidate must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation with their own hand tools. Must also be clean and neat appearing to work around tenants on a daily basis.

Compensation: $16.00/hour w/30 day review
