Live On Facilities Manager -- Residential Property Management
Silver Spring, MD based Residential Property Management Company seeks a Live on Facilities Manager to provide excellent service to our client and residents.

This position requires performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and janitorial duties for a 61 unit mid-rise building. The ideal candidate for this position will have great people skills, have computer skills (i.e. ability to receive and compose emails), be able to work efficiently with limited supervision, and own their own tools. All candidates must possess strong plumbing skills, have experience with apartment turnovers, electrical, basic carpentry, drywall and painting. Knowledge of convectors, boiler, and chiller systems a plus.

Candidate must be able to facilitate with contactors and prospective tenants as needed.

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Must have own tools
- Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
