Local Tropical Plant Company is looking for hard working individuals to deliver, set up and retrieve tropical plants to and from special event sites in the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan Area. Clean driving record required, driving record must be provided at interview. Position requires flexibility in scheduling. Full time preferred/part time employment can be discussed. Our business operates around the clock during the busy season. Must be available to work evenings and weekends when necessary. Must have own transportation to get to work. Must have experience driving vehicles 20' or larger.
Must be able to work in government secured locations without security issues.
Our plant material weighs between 5 and 50lbs. The job entails loading, unloading, setting up the plant material as well as the pick up and return of the plants to the nursery.

Allow me to repeat, you MUST HAVE PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE driving trucks at least 20' in length. It doesn't matter if you drove a pick up truck, a van, a large van or that one time you rented a truck to help your buddy move. We will only talk to experienced drivers. Professional references are required. Current driving record from the MVA is required. CDL is not required for this position.

Compensation: $12 per hour to start
