As a general contracting company, we specialize in residential and commercial renovations and new construction. Position Summary:
UrbanBuilt is seeking an applicant who has the ability to take a project from demolition to finish -- a minimum 5 years experience in wood framing, metal framing, punch out work, trim work and turn key

Responsibilities:
Use tools to prepare, join, and construct materials for upcoming projects
Daily communications with several Production Supervisors
Hands on work from time to time to help complete projects by deadline or perform service

Position Skills/Qualification Requirements:
Must have a minimum 5 years carpentry experience
Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle
Must have strong communications skills and be well spoken. Bilingual is a plus.
Must present professionally.
Must have your own tools
