Civil site work/waterline, drainage, sewer line installation/concrete form/paving work experience preferred. Candidates must:

*Possess valid Hawaii driver's license
*Be in excellent physical condition and able to lift minimum 50#.
*Able to follow specific directions
*Able to read/write/basic math accurately

Lead Man should possess good management skills; able to get best performance from crew, manage subcontractors, possess an expert understanding and interpretation of project drawings and specifications, is familiar with daily paperwork, timesheet review, etc. and preferably have had some safety training such as OSHA 10 or better. Candidates must be drug-free, team players and have an excellent work ethic. Must be self-motivated, safety conscious and ready to work full-time. We are looking for energized individuals who will take pride in doing quality work. We offer excellent benefits and top-shelf compensation to the right individuals. The bulk of our projects are C&C/State so prevailing wage base pay/fringe benefits are effective for those projects.
