Family owned and operated professional property management company with 35+ years in the industry seeking full-time renovation apprentice to join our close-knit team for a brand new acquisition. Work closely with experienced maintenance and renovation technicians to assist with a comprehensive and exciting capital improvement program, including kitchen renovations with brand new cabinetry, countertops, stainless steel appliances and lighting, along with brand new tile bathrooms with updated fixtures and vanities.

Compensation commensurate with experience. Full health benefits package available, including health, dental and vision. Two weeks of vacation time and one week of personal paid time off. Opportunities for growth for excellent candidates.

General responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Assist with kitchen and bathroom renovations
• Light demolition of kitchens and bathrooms
• Light removal of carpet, trim and other furnishings
• Touch-up painting (interior/exterior)
• Other duties as assigned

Additional skills and attributes required:
• Basic knowledge of entry level carpentry
