IMMEDIATE OPENING for a highly skilled, experienced maintenance technician to handle all aspects of multi-family property maintenance, preventative maintenance and renovations at multiple properties in Los Angeles. Qualified applicants will be responsible for scheduling, performing and completing work orders/repairs, as well as unit turnovers (painting, cleaning, etc.) Heavy experience in plumbing and electrical preferred. HVAC certification preferred. Moderate to heavy driving. Must be available to be on call for multiple properties.
