Job Summary:
Assist the Maintenance Manager in all aspects of the buildings' day-to-day maintenance and repair activities in different commercial and residential buildings. Qualified candidates must have 3+ years of hands on experience. Position has excellent future potential growth.

Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Respond to tenant's requests for maintenance and service by taking appropriate action to repair and/or restore service in a timely manner.
2. Ensure that Studio spaces and Warehouses are ready for re-occupancy by performing various as needed maintenance and repairs.
3. Must have basic knowledge and experience in plumbing, heating, electrical, framing & sheetrock, general carpentry, patching leaky roofs, painting, etc...
4. Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace and ensure they are organized and in proper working order, request replacements as necessary and assist in stocking the inventory.
5. Ability to operate all types of hand tools, lift at least 50 lbs., stand on your feet for extended periods of time, climb ladders, etc.. And work in all outdoor conditions.
6. Basic Automotive maintenance and knowledge to keep your work van is a good working condition.
7. Perform repair and maintenance tasks on doors, furniture, fixtures and appliances in an effective and timely manner
8. Investigate possible problems and propose solutions
9. Perform preventative maintenance tasks on a regular basis
10. Fix electrical fixtures and handle plumbing/leakage problems effectively
