Night Dispatcher Needed (Westside)
*IMMEDIATE OPENING*

A well established & local Wrecker/Towing Service Company located on the Westside of Jacksonville, FL is looking for a Dispatcher (Full Time & Part Time) as soon as possible.

Job Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
* Receives all initial incoming service requests and other calls.
* Determines correct routing of calls.
* Determines appropriate wrecker/ towing service needs and dispatches to wrecker / tow operators.
* Assists in the disposition of and processes lien documentation for unclaimed vehicles.
* Serves as the primary customer telephone and office contact.
* Escorting customers into vehicle storage area when necessary.
