Compensation: $11.00 - $15.00 per/hour based on experience and reliability.

Arizona Discount Movers is an A+ rated, 38 year established, reputable and award winning moving company interested in hiring responsible, energetic non-CDL Drivers. Full time and Part time positions available. IMPORTANT!! Minimum 2 years' experience in the residential Moving & Storage Industry a MUST!!! Drivers are crew leaders, but 1st and foremost they are movers.

We only hire energetic, responsible, punctual, EXPERIENCED Drivers.

STARTING PAY FOR DRIVERS: $11.00 - $15.00 (+ tips) Experience level and reliability determines Pay Rate. We also have a monthly bonus program.

WE PAY OVERTIME.
We provide health and dental plans after 90 days.

CANDIDATES MUST:
Have 2 years' experience, with a Moving & Storage company! (sorry. . . FedEx, UPS, freight and furniture delivery are NOT Moving & Storage)
1. Have the desire to take pride in what you do and reflect that pride in your work.
2. Be on-time to work every day.
3. Have excellent customer service skills, and a great attitude is required.
4. Be reliable, responsible, punctual and presentable.
5. Be physically capable of lifting 100 lbs frequently on a daily basis.
6. Pass a drug screen, upfront and randomly.
7. Pass a background check, upfront and randomly.
8. Drivers are REQUIRED to acquire a medical card, through Concentra, which we pay for.
