Our company is currently hiring a strong team leader, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude for our Grounds Maintenance - Lead Man position.

AELMI is looking for the following experience:
1. Read blueprints
2. Run a 3-5 man crew
3. Have operator skills
4. Operate a skid steer, track hoe, bobcat etc.
5. Communicate with homeowner
6. Production

All applicants must be able to work from sun up to sun down Monday - Friday and possibly Saturdays. AELMI is a growing company offering health, dental, and vision insurance; vacation; retirement, bonus incentives, education incentives in this field of service and competitive compensation. Lifting 50 lbs. or more is required.
- A driver's license with a clean MVR is a plus
- Background checks and drug screening is required
- Prompt daily attendance is expected
