Ee-Jay Motor Transports, Inc. is currently looking for a person to assist our dispatchers Monday to Friday 10:30 AM to 9 PM and every other Saturday 8 AM - 12 Noon

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Safety Inspections of tractors and trailers.
- Review of loading and delivery paperwork to include drivers logs and vehicle safety inspections.
- Safety and Operational Audits of Loaders and Drivers.
- Assistance creating a daily work schedule for Loaders and Drivers considering safety and productivity.
-Administrative/Office/Computer work to include creation and auditing of loading and delivery paperwork.
- Data Entry to include use of customers SAP online portals.
- Occasional Operational Tasks.
- General Office Cleaning, Filling and Maintainance.
