Opening for experienced maintenance tech. for large apartment complex near Kennywood Park. Must be skilled in apartment repairs, including appliances, drywall, electrical, plumbing, apartment turns (make ready), HVAC a plus. On-call rotation.

Candidates must have a vehicle, valid driver's license and your own basic tools. Must pass background screening, including favorable employment references.
