Established Property Management Company is seeking a full time General Laborer Asst.

Job Description:
Working Laborer of General Construction and Maintenance needed for a Property Management Co., Tenant Improvements, New Construction, Maintenance, Cleaning, Yard Work, Turning Apartments/Units.

Applicant must have basic knowledge in the following fields:
*Rough Framing
*Finished Framing
*Dry Wall including hanging, taping, mudding
*Spray Texture
*Structural Carpentry
*Painting
*Concrete
*Landscaping
*Plumbing
*Electrical

Full Time 40 Hours

Job Sites throughout San Diego County

Must haves:
Reliable Transportation
Clean DMV
Fluent in English
Dependability/Reliability a Must
Able to lift 50 pounds

Compensation on experience: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour.
