We are a busy landscape company needing a new crew member with horticulture experience and/or a strong interest to join our crews! Both men & women are encouraged to apply! We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is passionate about horticulture, building gardens, and pruning with a focus on organic techniques!

We are a small but very busy company who provides high quality organic garden maintenance services, new installations, installation of container plantings, garden renovations, clean ups and fine pruning projects. Qualifications that we are looking for:
* A basic knowledge of Pacific NW plant names and/or the willingness to learn.
* A interest towards the environment and organic practices.
* A basic knowledge of correct horticulture practices.
* The ability to climb ladders, run blowers and landscape equipment.
* Stone, flagstone and paver installation experience is beneficial.
* Basic irrigation operations, installation and repair is a plus!
* Prior professional landscaping, nursery or industry experience is helpful but we will train.
* Ability to lift 50 plus lbs and to handle the physical demands of a 10 hour day with energy.
* Ability to work in all types of weather and conditions...rain or shine!
* Valid Washington State driver's license and clean driving record is a MUST.

The right candidate should be reliable and dependable, able to communicate with courtesy and enthusiasm to customers and coworkers, and possess an attention to details. Your interest in horticulture is what will set you apart from the rest! We are not a mow, blow and go company so if you shear Maples and top trees...this is not the right job for you.

This is a full time position. We offer a 4/10 schedule (T-F) in order to give you a 3 day weekend! Lots of room for advancement and benefits after a 60 day trial period for year round employees.
