Fontaine is a 20 year established contractor and is growing, we have immediate Full-Time openings for Maintenance and Enhancements Foreman.

Fontaine Landscaping is currently seeking experienced personnel with NC Drivers License to care for our amazing set of long term clients. This job will be Foreman for our Maintenance and Enhancements reporting to our office in Holly Springs. Local areas of Apex/Holly Springs/Cary/Raleigh.

Skills/Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate will have 2+ years professional experience in landscape maintenance or construction.
- Position requires organizational skills, good attitude and courteous demeanor.
- This is a hands-on, working position. Working outside, in all weather conditions, not always ideal, prepare to get dirty and at times wet.
- Will take care of issued truck/trailer/equipment. Perform weekly preventative maintenance and safety inspection.
- Daily duties involve: mowing, spraying, clearing, tree/shrub planting, pruning, mulching, drainage work, light grading, sod and seeding, Winter snow/ice work, etc.
- Ideal candidates will have good references, and take pride and ownership of their work.
- Position requires a clean and valid NC Driver's License with ability to be added to our company policy. Has experience successfully driving truck with trailer.
- Ability to work well with others, to lead and motivate others, manage time and resources, follows processes and procedures with minimal supervision. We will provide ongoing training.
- We look for personnel which is pro-active, looks for and can report issues. Has the eye for detail, and communicates effectively. Is dependable, well organized, works diligently and practices safety at all times.

We are a drug free workplace with random testing. MVR and criminal background checks performed.
Starting pay is from $15.00 per hour, depending on experience. Sales/Production bonuses, Paid vacation, Holiday and Sick pay also provided.
