FULL TIME, EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE TECHS NEEDED for Multiple Charming Apartment Communities!!!!

Minimum 1 to 3 years of verifiable work history with maintenance, preferably in multi-family housing. Must have a valid driver's license, your own tools, and be able to pass a background screening including a drug test. We offer great benefits, paid time off, and health insurance.

The ideal candidate will:
- Handle work orders on household repairs such as plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and sheet rock
- Prep and paint units
- Trash runs
- Complete make ready activities from start to end
- Cleaning and taking care of swimming pools as needed
- Some HVAC as needed
- Be motivated, driven, and desire a long term relationship with the company.

Compensation: UPTO 70K PER YEAR
