JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
As a mechanic, you will increase levels of customer service by performing preventive maintenance and making repairs on vehicles. You will perform check-ins and diagnose vehicles. We do repairs such as brake services, tires, ignition coils, oil changes, suspension repairs, water pumps, some electrical work, batteries and various other repairs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform every job right the first time in order to maintain and exceed customer expectations.
- Perform jobs in a timely manner
- Conduct vehicle inspections for mechanical services.
- Detect and note any conditions that would affect the safe operation of the vehicle and bring them to the attention of the service manager or store manager. Perform ride complaint diagnostics.
- Perform a road test to ensure that the work has been completed properly.
- Assists other mechanics with other jobs as needed
- May diagnose simple mechanical or electrical problems

Job Requirements
- Possession of a complete set of mechanical hand tools
- Ability to effectively and safely use mechanic's tools and equipment to diagnose and trouble shoot vehicle issues
- Personal and professional integrity
- Flexibility regarding work assignments
