Requirements:
-Reliable Transportation
-Valid Driver's License & Insurance
-Pass A Drug Test
-Applicant must have a strong and independent work ethic and be able to work more than 40 Hours if required.

Skill set:
-Necessary skill set includes - Demo, Trim Carpentry and Framing, Hanging and Finishing Drywall, Basic Construction knowledge.
-Bonus skill set(s) - Tile work, Flooring, Plumbing and Fence/Deck Installation
