Duties Include:
Prepare vacant apartments for new occupancy, complete work orders in a timely manner, perform preventative maintenance, -- air Conditioning Repair. Communicate with residents and co-workers with courtesy and efficiency.

Position Requirements:
* A/C certified
* Have previous experience in the apartment industry
* Be able to pass a criminal background check
* Be able to pass a drug test
* Be able to work on call
* Have a valid driver's license
