Stocker Tree Service and Landscaping is hiring 2-3 grounds men and landscape crew members. Experience in professional tree work or landscaping is a plus. Full or part time seasonal positions.
Must have driver's license and drive stick shift dump trucks well.
No Drugs, Not tolerated in this work environment!
Duties will include; Carrying tree branches and logs, Driving truck with trailer, operating equipment such as wood chipper, chainsaws, Log splitter, skid loader, ect.
Landscape installation and maintenance such as, MULCHING and edging beds, trimming bushes and planting trees and shrubs, some masonry, stone, ep henry, splitting firewood. No Grass cutting.
You must be physically able to handle this type of work. Be able to obtain Medical card and pass drug testing to drive trucks up to 26,000 lbs. have your own transportation.
Able to work with trees, brush, vines, thorns, poison ivy on occasion and sometimes bees. Not recommended for those with severe allergies to any of the above.
Able to follow directions and motivated to get the job done efficiently and professionally whether supervised or not.
We emphasize teamwork to get the job done safely and efficiently. Heavy lifting is required.
This is a real job and not for everyone. We do work hard but have fun doing it. Wages start at 13.00-15.00/ hr. and up based on ability, performance, and experience. 8-10 hour days are normal as well as occasional weekends.
