Position Description
Restoration Company located in St. Francis is in need of a full-time experienced Carpenter to assist the Project Manager with day to day operations, scheduling subcontractors, transporting materials to and from job sites, managing and assisting crews with demolition, cleaning, installations, and other construction related activities. Seeking an individual who is able to frame a house and do finish work.

Must be 18 years or older. Must have at least 5 years of experience in construction, have a valid driver's license and clean driving record, have your own reliable vehicle, and basic hand tools needed for carpentry related work. Ability to use Microsoft Word and e-mail is necessary. Willingness to help out with demo work and past restoration experience a plus.

Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen. Need to provide three references. Mold remediation and/or lead safe certification preferred but not required. Ability to speak both Spanish and English a plus. Must be able to wear a latex respirator. $18-$25 per hour depending on experience. We also provide mileage reimbursement or company vehicle, company cell phone, laptop, 401(k) and health insurance benefits.
