Performs a variety of tasks including carpentry, dry wall repair, ceramic tile repair, painting, kitchen and floor installation, light plumbing & electrical repairs Position includes the turnover of vacant units to make them rent ready ;

Qualifications :
At least 3 years equivalent experience in building maintenance and/or construction .

Current PA Drivers License
Working, registered and insured vehicle
