Job Description:
Southern Wrecker and Recovery is looking for an additional team member which would operate within our dispatch and logistics facility. Our organization provides professional towing, recovery and heavy equipment transportation throughout the Southeast United States. The knowledgeable staff members and certified drivers allow for customer expectations to be exceeded. Furthermore, the dispatch and logistics position plays an important function by supporting our towing, impound, emergency response and breakdown services.

Location:
Jacksonville, Florida

Principal Responsibilities/Skills:
• Familiarity with Southern Wrecker & Recovery fleet (vehicle/equipment capabilities)
• Dispatch/Service calls in a timely manner
• Guide the team of drivers to achieve and/or exceed services provided
• Acclimate to pricing and processing of tow tickets
• Provide "white glove service"
• Communicate well with customers/coworkers
• Attention to detail
• Computer literate
• Phone savvy
• Administrative tasks
