Looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator for a small but growing shop, full time, 40 hours per week with opportunity for more. Starting (probationary) salary with room to grow is $15/hour depending on proven skill & overall experience. Willing to train the right candidate on the basics of the operation. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, be self motivated, possess good skills & ability to hit dimensions accurately. MUST take pride in your work & have an eye for detail, MUST have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record and reliable transportation. Our fabrication shop is Sunnyslope, but we travel valley wide for mobile welding jobs & installs. MUST speak English. MUST be able to lift at least 80 lbs and endure working outside in the Arizona heat. MUST be able to read a tape measure & have basic math & comprehension skills. MUST BE ABLE TO TAKE & GIVE DIRECTION. MUST BE ACCOUNTABLE. (if you have read all of this thoroughly, include the word 'starfish' when you contact me) Mobile welding experience is desired, we run mobile mig or a stinger depending on the job. General hand/power tool, welding, fabrication experience is required. TIG welding skills are a plus. Good carpentry experience is a plus.
