*Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license- Class A with Doubles Endorsement.
*6 months of verifiable commercial vehicle driving experience with completion of qualified driving school

*1 year of verifiable commercial vehicle driving experience
*You must be able to pass a background check, drug test, DOT physical, and Motor Vehicle Report
*Must be able to meet the following DOT requirements
*No Record of reckless, aggressive or careless operation of any vehicle within the past 36 months
*Cannot have two or more instances of exceeding the posted speed limit by 15mph
*Must not have two or more moving violations in any vehicle in the previous 12 month period
*Must not have caused two or more accidents in any vehicle
*No record of any revocation, cancellation, or suspension of the driver's license or permit to operate a vehicle.
