LHP is currently seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to assist with maintenance for an apartment community in Cincinnati, OH.
• EPA certification is preferred;
• Participate in on-call emergency schedules;
• Valid driver's license is required for this position;
• Perform electrical repairs on appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, etc.;
• Perform plumbing work such as toilet and sink repairs, replacing fittings, etc.;
• Perform custodial work in apartments and common areas as needed;
• Perform exterior and interior painting;
• Complete work orders and apartment inspections as assigned;

Compensation: $17 - $18
