Glen Ellyn Storage Corporation/Distribution Services, in Carol Stream, IL is seeking Independent Contractors to join our final-mile appliance delivery team. We currently deliver and install appliances for two major retailers (The Home Depot and JCPenney) servicing a combination of approximately 80 stores in the Chicagoland area. Requirements:
• Owner/Operator with 24'/26' Straight Truck (w/Liftgate)
• 2 Man teams (Driver and Helper)
• Drivers must be 21 years of age/Helpers must be 18 years of age
• Class C Driver's License
• Must pass MVR, Background Check, DOT Physical and Drug Screen
• Helper must pass Background Check
• Appliance Delivery Experience and Product Knowledge - Company will provide training specific to vendors and installations
• Knowledge of Local Delivery Area
