Residential building maintenance company in the Bronx seeks to hire skilled General Laborer for full time employment. Must have strong knowledge of the following trades: plumbing, carpentry, locksmithing, plastering/painting, masonry. Must have a valid New York State Driver's License. Knowledge of electrical, boilers, mechanical pumps, HVAC, plan and spec reading and concrete work is a plus. Must have strong communication and customer service skills as well as two years of relevant experience.
