Junk Removal Driver Team Member Wanted

$17.00 an hour

We are seeking to hire people for our Junk Removal team with the following qualifications:
The Best Team Members -- Have a desire to help people and understands that happy customers turn into referrals to their friends and families. This means doing the little things that separate us from the competition. Teamwork is key! Hard work is obvious. Customer services skills are essential.

Job Details
o Work in a team performing House Cleanouts and Junk removal services
o Must want to provide outstanding customer service
o Always be thinking of job and extra work opportunities
o Must work well with limited supervision
o Can lift 75-100 lbs, usually daily
o Work at a fast paced speed with care for customer property
o Valid driver's license and clean driving record a must
o Must be 21 to Drive dump trucks - Insurance requirement
o Saturday work required, just not every week
o Have your own transportation to and from the shop in Saugus
o MUST be able to arrive at the shop at 6:45 to start at 7:00AM Monday- Friday
o Be aware of safety at all times.
o Be honest and reliable

Compensation- Hourly rate starts at $ 17/ hour Salary increase is offered periodically based on merit.

Screening requirements -
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Have a clean driving record
Be well groomed
Provide solid references
Have good work experience, but not necessarily job related.

Required education:
High school or equivalent

Required experience:
physical labor - trash removal, construction, moving, warehouse etc: 1 year

Required license or certification:
Driver's license
