Qualified applicants must:
Have a valid driver's license (must be cleared by our auto insurance policy)
Have basic tools (Carpenters and Crew Leads)
Have reliable transportation
Be able to show up on time ready to work.
Be willing to work in and above the water.

Carpenters/Crew Leads must have 5+ years carpentry experience.
Carpenters helpers must have 2+ years of carpentry experience.
Helpers must be hardworking and willing to learn.
