HIRING THE BEST DRIVERS
John L. Shadd Trucking Inc., a full service transportation company that specializes in flatbed hauling is currently seeking drivers for our south east regional operation.

We are seeking aggressive, forward thinking and highly motivated drivers to work in a fast paced environment. Must be a self-starter with the ability to communicate and interface effectively with all levels of the organization.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Daily operation of a tractor trailer delivering flatbed loads.
Provide safe on-time delivery of load to our customers
Ensure compliance with D.O.T. regulations.
Ability to effectively adapt in a changing environment.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of three years commercially driving
with a class A CDL license.
Flatbed and tarping experience is a plus
Must be able to run southeast regional loads
Knowledge of D.O.T. regulations and hours of service.
Work well under pressure and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to utilize electronic logging device to update status and HOS
