Intellogistics, the Industry Leader in Southwest Regional Transportation is seeking professional, seasoned Dedicated Route Drivers to deliver Amazon packages.

We have an immediate need to fill several new positions due to business expansion and continued growth. The leading online retailer has contracted us to deliver packages to customers at home. Drive OUR newer low mileage vans, we pay for the fuel and up keep. We offer bi-weekly pay by direct deposit. This is a large Dedicated Route Application at Amazon's site, operating 7 days a week. Currently looking for full time or part time drivers to run 5 days on, 2 days off. Must be able to work a full 10.5hr shift and weekends are mandatory.

The successful candidate must be able to interact with our Customer/Dispatchers and provide exceptional error free service by following precise Routed Stop Instructions while adhering to all prescribed Operating Procedures and Scanning Protocols.

This is an Hourly position with opportunities for Performance Incentives.

Skills/ Requirements
• Minimum Age is 21
• Minimum High School Graduate or GED
• Must possess a Valid AZ Driver's License with Clean MVR Record
• Drug Free
• Clean Background
• Positive Attitude
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Must exhibit proven computer skills with strong emphasis on scanning with Company supplied device.
• Must possess strong attention to detail with outstanding listening & follow through skills.
• Must be punctual, dependable, organized and have the flexibility to work weekends if required due to Seven Day per Week operating requirements.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
