We are looking for a full-time permitting admin to:
-pull permits for all counties we conduct business
-coordinate having jobs ready between new construction/install department and warehouse department
-assemble necessary paperwork for each job
-review returned paperwork to make sure it is completed
-coordinate county inspections
-liaison between new construction/install department and builders/customers
-prepare job folders
-register equipment to homeowner for new construction
-ensure contracts/agreements are signed prior to job leaving the warehouse
-ensure change orders are signed prior to work being performed
-assist with answering incoming calls
-additional office duties as directed by management

The ideal candidate will:
-have HVAC permitting and customer service experience
-must be reliable
-be able to multi-task efficiently
-be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
-have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-be able to work independently with little supervision
-have excellent time management skills
-be a team player

Regular Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch break
Pay rate: $12.00 per hour
