Looking for Maintenance Tech for an apartment complex in St Paul

Must have own tools, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, Boiler's License is a plus, but not required.
Applicants should have complete knowledge and experience with all aspects of construction: Plumbing, Appliances, Electrical & carpentery. Not required to live on site but would be a plus.

Full Time Salary from $15 to $20 Based on Experience
Hours are from Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Must also be available for emergency on call maintenance requests for after-hours emergencies. You will not take direct phone calls, only phone calls that have been screened by our staff and is deemed an emergency. Overtime is paid for these calls, and you rotate every other week with other maintenance employees.
