KANE Transport, Inc. is a Minnesota based petroleum carrier providing hazardous materials and liquid bulk service to the upper Midwest. We are currently looking for a shop/yard technician for our Inver Grove Heights location. This is an hourly benefited position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 4:30. Perfect for a Driver that is looking to slow down, a little.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
*Washing company vehicles as needed
*Janitorial duties
*Maintain outside walk areas including sweeping debris, snow removal, and washing walkways
*Maintain landscape
*Remove recycling materials
*Run errands as requested
*Maintain fuel islands and wash bay
*Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education/Skills Required:
*Basic knowledge of mechanic and maintenance skills
*Driver's license/clean MVR required
*Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
*High level of customer service
*Experience using a variety of lawn/snow removal equipment
*Experience with hand and power tools
*Climb in and out of trucks
*Kneel and squat
*Inside/outside working conditions required
*High school diploma or equivalent required
*Experience in a maintenance shop preferred
*Experience in the petroleum/transportation industry preferred
