Compensation: BOE Technicians / BOE Supervisor/ BOE Superintendent

All Asbestos Techs, Supervisors & Superintendent must have the following:
-Current certificates
-Drug free (tested)
-Current physical including pulmonary function exam
-Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Driver license with good driving record DMV report for all applicants
-Experienced, reliable, professional, team player and flexible

Supervisor must be: Supervised certified, qualified and knowledgeable with asbestos, mold, lead and remediation. Must have some computer skills and be a self starter. Maintain a professional and safe environment at all times.

Superintendent job description
Will oversee daily operations for our abatement company. The perfect candidate will have experience in the field and be state certified. Technical abatement terms already embedded in vocabulary. Must have excellent customer service, be reliable, honest and a self-starter. Computer skills a must. Superb analytical and business skills. AA/BA in construction management/science preferred. Bilingual preferred but excellent English is a must.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all field operations including prioritizing of jobs, scheduling and inventory.
Assure jobs stay on budget
Delegate tasks/jobs to foreman daily
Hold foreman accountable for daily/weekly responsibilities
Coordinate with office staff on project start/completion dates
Serve as primary contact for ensuring the execution of all jobs.
Teach and enforce project mgmt. related protocols, work practice and worker protection policies and regulations.
Ensure all technicians maintain the appropriate valid current certifications and medical exams.
Maintain a professional and safe work environment at all times.
MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH!
