Come join a team where we are always having a blast! We crank out some major projects but have fun doing it.

Duties include assisting in the operation of multiple types of blasting equipment, shotblasters, grinders, scarifiers, compressors, and generators, carrying various medias, building containment units, and thorough clean up. Applicants must be able to be on feet all day and lift up to 100 lbs consistently. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, be a self-starter with a high level of professional integrity, and have a good work ethic and a strong competitive drive. Strong construction background is needed.

Job Qualificatons:
-Valid WA State driver's license and reliable transportation
-Pre DMV Check - Clean driving record preferred for advancement in the company
-18 years of age or older
-Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
-Agree to a background check
-Out of town travel required occasionally- per diem and hotel provided
-Able to work Nights, Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays (as needed) with little notice

Employment is year round pt/ft and times worked are dependent on weather, job specifications and time of site availability. Candidate must be able to also work nights, weekends, holidays and overtime (as needed) with little prior notice. We try to give a few days at the minimum.

We offer medical, dental and life insurance policies and salaries are up to $43/hour. We also offer a fun, supportive environment to work in.
